Ans: Having a personal interest to do service to the society or people will be the 1st qualification for our companions. We mostly select people who are working for NGO’s
HOW DO WE CHECK CARE COMPANION’S BACKGROUND?
Ans: Even though we are non profit organization and our care companions are from social ngo’s we never compromise in terms of safety and security of our clients. We take a long process while hiring our care companions,
We will be taking all the personal information, family background, referrals contact , a test will be conducted to know their behaviour and personality assessment, we do criminal background check with the help of a 3rd party agency .
WHY OUR CHARGES ARE LOW?
Ans: As we are a non profit organization we don’t focus on profits, and companions primary motive will be service and money will be secondary .
